General Info

The DSP & Audiovisual Technologies Group is an active research and education unit within the Electronics and Computers Research Laboratory of the Department of Electronics Engineering of Piraeus University of Applied Sciences, since year 2000.

Since 2010, a group of ten researchers at various levels, coordinated by a team of three academic staff members have focused our research efforts on DSP and Electronics for various applications, including audio, video and complex systems.

We are currently participating in a number of national and international cooperation research schemes within the framework of ongoing projects and of research proposals submitted for evaluation.

Our target is to further strengthen our international cooperation through joint research projects at a European level, mainly focused on applied research and technology.
